The membership management module is the beating heart of the ClubNet System. A single database with full flexibility to invoice annual subscriptions, to maintain ‘purses’ for members to use for their purchases in the bar and restaurant, pro shop and for club competitions. Included within this module is our Email Builder feature, to enable simple and easy communications to individual members, groups of members (eg: all female members) and to all members in bulk email messages and/or easy to create newsletters.

With an individual record page for each member, all details can be stored. Link family members together for subscriptions to be billed as one.
